Quickly connect your mobile device to this power source with Bluetooth® to control 10 different heat levels and independent heat zone activation, enhance run-time control, and save your favorite settings for any activity or environment. This 36W power source provides up to 12 hours of run-time on Low and 3 hours on High for M12™ Heated Gear. With USB-C bi-directional charging, the Heated Gear Power Source re-charges itself fully in 70 minutes (36W) and delivers 15W output to charge mobile devices.

How do I know if my garment is in App mode vs manual mode?

When your garment is powered on, you can easily identify its mode based on the LED color. A red light signifies manual mode, whereas a white light indicates that you are in App mode.

I plugged in my garment but it is not showing up in the app

If your garment does not have HEXON HEAT TECHNOLOGY™ or you do not have the HEATED GEAR POWER SOURCE w/ APP CONTROL, the app will be unable to establish communication with it. You can easily identify if your garment is equipped with this technology by checking for two plugs on the garment's plug-in, instead of just one. If your garment does have HEXON HEAT TECHNOLOGY™, try to unplug from the Heated Gear Power Source w/ App Control and plug the garment back in.

What functionality is available in the Heated Gear App?

Heat Zone Mode - Select which heat zones to turn on and customize the heat levels from 1-10 for each zone.
Runtime Mode - Set your desired runtime and heat zones, and the Heated Gear App will deliver consistent heat based on your remaining battery charge for the duration of that time.
Favorites - Save your favorite settings to your battery to easily access again.
Garment LED - Disable the on-garment LED light. Your setting will not be changed when disconnecting the power source.
On-Garment Controls - Prevent accidental on/off or heat level change. Your garment will unlock when disconnecting the power source.
Notifications – set up alerts for the charge of your battery.

How do I pair my HEATED GEAR POWER SOURCE w/ APP CONTROL?

After downloading the Milwaukee® Heated Gear App, access the pairing mode screen on start up, or press the “+” in the top right of the “Inventory” screen. Press and hold the power button on your HEATED GEAR POWER SOURCE w/ APP CONTOL until the Bluetooth® logo blinks. Click “Pair” in the Heated Gear App.

Can I pair to multiple power sources at the same time?

Yes, you can pair with and control multiple power sources and garments simultaneously.

I configured notifications, but why didn't I get notified when my specified percentage was reached?

To ensure that you receive notifications at your expected percentage, make sure your app has not been closed and you are within range of the power source for it to accurately report the battery level.

How can I reset my HEATED GEAR POWER SOURCE w/ APP CONTROL?

Hold down the power button for 10 seconds. The power source will be reset once the red power indicator lights flash.
