M18™ REDLITHIUM™ HIGH OUTPUT™ batteries have 50% more power and run 50% cooler vs. standard M18™ REDLITHIUM™ batteries. M12™ REDLITHIUM™ HIGH OUTPUT™ batteries have 25% more power and run 25% cooler vs. standard M12™ REDLITHIUM™ batteries.

To maximize battery life, it is best to store batteries at room temperature away from moisture when not in operation. Refer to your battery's manual for best practices on operation, maintenance, storage, and charging to preserve the life of the battery pack.

As a general practice, it is best to unplug battery chargers and remove batteries when not in use. The battery will stop charging when it has reached full capacity. While battery is left on charger, REDLINK™ Electronics protects against overcharging, communicating between the pack and charger.
