This latest system expansion includes the MX FUEL™ REDLITHIUM™ FORGE™ XC8.0 and HD12.0 Battery Packs, and a new Super Charger. These new REDLITHIUM™ FORGE™ batteries are the most powerful, fastest charging, and longest life batteries within Milwaukee’s world-leading cordless systems. Designed from the ground up, the batteries feature Milwaukee’s world-leading cell technology, superior battery pack construction, and advanced electronics. Each solution in the MX FUEL™ Equipment System was designed and developed with the professional tradesperson in mind, giving professional contractors the hardest working and most reliable power for equipment. Operating off one completely compatible battery system, the MX FUEL Equipment System lineup delivers instant starts with no gas headaches, no regular maintenance, and zero emissions.

• MX FUEL™ 14” Cut-Off Saw w/ RAPIDSTOP™: This newest generation cut-off saw provides the performance of a 14” gas cut-off saw without the hazards of its gas-powered counterpart. It is lighter weight, has more run-time, and is more powerful than the previous generation. With advanced safety technology, RAPIDSTOP™ Blade Break stops the blade in three seconds and AUTOSTOP™ Kickback Control senses severe kickback and will automatically shut off the saw. When paired with the MX FUEL™ REDLITHIUM™ FORGE™ XC8.0 Battery, the cut-off saw can cut up to 14 feet fully plunged into concrete or make up to 120 cuts in #5 rebar.
• MX FUEL™ 20” Plate Compactor: Designed to deliver the power to hit hard and travel faster for maximum productivity without sacrificing compaction performance. The plate compactor is engineered to offer greater control with multi-direction capability and fast/ slow speed control for maneuverability around forms. When paired with the MX FUEL™ REDLITHIUM™ FORGE™ HD12.0 Battery, the plate compactor delivers 35 minutes of continuous run-time or 5,000 square feet per charge.
• MX FUEL™ Walk-Behind Power Trowels: The MX FUEL™ 36” Walk-Behind Trowel and 24” Walk-Behind Edging Trowel deliver 5HP performance for a smooth, balanced finishing experience. When paired with an MX FUEL ™ REDLITHIUM™ FORGE™ HD12.0 battery pack, the 36” walk-behind trowel delivers 25 minutes of run-time, while the 24” walk-behind edging trowel delivers 35 minutes of run-time per charge.
• MX FUEL™ 6” Green Concrete Saw: Provides easier, more accurate cutting of control joints while eliminating the hassles of gas engines and emissions in enclosed spaces. This solution allows users to cut up to 1-1/2” depth on a 6” blade, maximizing productivity by eliminating the downtime of switching blade sizes. When paired with an MX FUEL™ REDLITHIUM™ FORGE™ XC8.0 battery pack, the green concrete saw can cut up to 160 linear feet at maximum depth per charge.
• MX FUEL™ Core Rig w/ Stand: Delivers the power to core up to 14” holes in reinforced concrete. It provides the easiest coring anywhere with the elimination of cords, intuitive bit removal device, and 3-piece modularity. When paired with an MX FUEL™ REDLITHIUM™ FORGE™ HD12.0 battery pack, the core rig can drill up to four 10” holes 6 inches deep in reinforced concrete per charge without the hassle of tripping breakers or running extension cords.
• MX FUEL™ REDLITHIUM™ FORGE™ XC8.0 Battery: Delivers 33% more run-time in a smaller and lighter footprint than the MX FUEL™ REDLITHIUM™ XC406 Battery Pack. When paired with the MX FUEL™ Super Charger, the battery can be fully charged to 100% in only 45 minutes. COOL-CYCLE™ capable, an Active Cooling System that provides high-speed cooling for less downtime on the jobsite. The new battery offers the longest life, giving users the most recharges and best performance maintained throughout the life of the battery pack.
• MX FUEL™ REDLITHIUM™ FORGE™ HD12.0 Battery: The most capable battery in the MX FUEL™ System, this battery provides up to 2X more run-time. When paired with the MX FUEL™ Super Charger, the battery can be fully charged to 100% in only 65 minutes. COOL-CYCLE™ capable, an Active Cooling System provides high-speed cooling for less downtime on the jobsite. The new battery offers the longest life, giving users the most recharges and best performance maintained throughout the life of the battery pack.
• MX FUEL™ Super Charger: Increases productivity and efficiency on the jobsite, charging the new MX FUEL™ REDLITHIUM™ FORGE™ batteries to 100% up to 2X faster than the MX FUEL Charger. The Super Charger is COOL-CYCLE™ capable, an Active Cooling System providing high-speed cooling to COOL-CYCLE™ capable batteries. The cooling system improves thermal management, helping the battery packs cool while charging, decreasing downtime on the job.
